What a flea problem looks like

Larvae live in carpet pile, along skirting and in pet resting areas. They are not killed by treating the dog alone if the house remains infested, and they are not cleared by treating the house alone if the pet is still carrying adults.

You will need a veterinarian or suitable pet product to treat the animals. We are pest technicians for the building, not vets. Both pieces have to happen.
Follow-up may be needed because pupae can hatch after the first visit. We will explain the expected window of remaining activity.

Pupae can hatch after treatment. That is expected to a point. Ongoing heavy activity means pets, untreated rooms or furniture still need attention.
Can you treat without treating the pet? +
The house can be treated, but the infestation usually returns if animals still carry fleas. Plan both together.
