We discuss what you are seeing, inspect relevant areas, and treat internal and external harbourage as appropriate for a general job. You will get simple instructions on drying times, pets and what to expect over the next few days.
If we find signs of termites or rodents, we will say so and quote the right work rather than burying it inside a “premium package” name.
Preparation is usually light: clear under sinks, pick up pet bowls, and give access to the backyard. We will tell you if more is needed.

Many homes treat crawling insects on a periodic basis and inspect for termites annually. The right gap depends on the property, pets, vegetation and what pests you get. We will not invent a one-size calendar for every suburb.
Do I need to leave the house during treatment? +
For many general treatments you can stay, with people and pets kept off wet surfaces until dry. If a job needs you to go out, we say so beforehand.
